They're essentially paying us 2/3 to 1/2 what we were being paid 6 years ago

Prices on most products Wal-Mart associates purchase increased by 30-100% during the past 6 years yet nearly all of us received little or no pay increase.

Our $17 is now only worth about $8.50 to $11.39 for most things we purchase.

Instead of increasing our pay to match inflation, Wal-Mart is simply passing the inflation hit onto us, massively, because their research shows most of us won't catch on.

We're doing the same amount of work for significantly less compensation. Smells an awful lot like theft to me.
