Just bought a new PS5 on firmware 9.60 and I'm planning to jailbreak it. I have a few questions:

• Should I update to 10.01?
• Is there an easy-to-follow, in-depth guide for 10.01? I'd like a step-by-step guide so I don't mess anything up.
• I read the instructions on the Y2JB GitHub page, and it looks like I need to download and restore Y2JB_backup_1.6 (4.03), but I didn't fully understand the payload section or what exactly I'm supposed to do there.
• I also watched Modded Warfare's PS5 10.01 guide from about five months ago. Is that guide still accurate and safe to follow, or has anything changed since then?

Sorry if this is a beginner question I'm new to PS5 jailbreaking.

I currently have a PS4 Pro on firmware 9.00, and I can install the PS4 FPKGs I download without any issues. I recently found a PS5 running firmware 10.00, and I'm wondering if it's possible to install and play those same PS4 FPKGs on a jailbroken PS5.

If PS4 FPKG support is available on firmware 10.00, fully moving over to the PS5 scene.
