Was just curious how many of you decided to not have kids with considering PMDD. I know there are those of you who are making it work and your children are worth it but I can’t help but think that there is no way I should intentionally decide to have kids when I’m on the fence and it is such a struggle to survive even without them.

Was almost at 4 and a half months of no nicotine and justified having one last night for a road trip. I have been back to thinking about them all day and this just so wasn’t worth the one cigar.

“One is too many, and a thousand is never enough”. I need to drill this into my head again and I’m so mad at myself for thinking I could have just one every few months
