I have a bottle of the 4x strength spray. Would this be too strong for my first time trying Kanna? I'm experienced with other things like shrooms, but new to Kanna. It says it's for experienced users, but i've seen other people post on here about how the 4x strength spray is mild. Should I full send or dilute it? Let me know your thoughts.
