I’ll stick with sublingual at first to get a feel and I aim to consume it maybe once or twice a week at most.

Hi everybody! I am in the midst of benzo withdrawal, diazepam to be specific. After a long tapering period I find myself to be feeling every noted diazepam withdrawal symptom (aside from the fatal ones). Kanna is such a powerful compound for anxiety and depression it had me wondering to what extent could it mitigate or blunt symptoms of benzo withdrawal? And what alkaloid ratios may be most beneficial toward anxiolytic, antidepressant effect? Does anyone have any anecdotes as to their kanna use in benzo recovery? I see a lot of people comparing it to other drugs, but the comparisons are substances I’ve never had, so I’ve still no idea what to expect.
I haven’t tried kanna yet (I have an extract waiting to be used- rush and zen from Bioextracts), and I’d really like to get a good idea on what to expect before I try it. Just so I can reassure myself that what I’m feeling is normal and expected 😅
Could anyone please describe the rush in a way that I’d understand?
I know there’s not a lot of posts about this substance, but it definitely is intriguing. I feel like it starts off as introspective and then gives you a boost to where it’s euphoric and energy for about a total of 8 to 10 hours.

Kanna Extreme has had a new formula out for a few months now. The powder is whiter and seems to have a different effect. Does anyone here have any experience with it? I always considered Kanna Extreme to be the best Kanna experience available and was very satisfied with it. I always used to snort between 50 and 100 mg. Now I’ve read that users have to take three times as much to get the same effects, is that true?
1st question. i freak out when i do thc, is this stuff gonna give me the same paranoia? 2nd question is it euphoric? i tried saeka naa and aukuamma i didnt feel them very much. thank you for your time!
Just got some MT55 (5.2% Alkaloids per Lab Test) Extract from AstralHerbal, never heard of this brand of Kanna so I thought it would be good to try a different brand. Got this extract for a pretty good price of $12 (Shop Pay App Deal)
Started dosing 10mg insufflated, 20mg total one small end scoop each nostril. Did 25mg sublingual too as it's a weaker extract and I didn't know where my tolerance would be since I was a +15% Alkaloids user for a while.
(Insufflation is bad for the nose, will not be doing that ROA often)
Effects: Started feeling it after about 6-8 minutes after dosing. Pupils Dilated noticeably, felt pretty stimulated, perception had a more psychedelic enhanced look and when I stared at things they slightly moved in my perception very mild visual distortion effects, music sounded pretty awesome.
Very similar to a micro dose of like 10mg MDMA .1g Psilocybin (not actually true but very similar). The buzz lasted about 3½hrs and combined with smoked weed made it really synergistic.
Overall: Great stuff, imma keep using only on weekends from now on and do sublingual 20mg from now on to keep the tolerance balanced and find the primed mg dosage 🌼🔥🎶

Bought the healing Herbals Nasal Spray Regular Strength: about 500 mg of extract per bottle, roughly 4 mg per spray. Was really excited to try it, but not feeling anything so far after a week of use (1-3 sprays each time).
Reading this sub, I’m seeing most people recommend taking 25 mg. Does that mean I should up the dosage to at least 6 sprays per time? Would purchase the triple strength if so in the future, but still want to finish this bottle. Any advice appreciated.

I’ve tried snorting powder, eating a kanna infused chocolate, pills held sublingually and snorted after crushing them up. this nasal spray just came in the mail today and even after 2 doses I still don’t feel it
As this title suggests I decided to try a new ROA for research purposes and I must say it DOES work when boofed. I have tried oral, sublingual, and intranasal and so far sublingual is the most consistent and effective. Intranasal is a bit intense when using Liftmodes MT55 and it feels like the come up to an MDMA experience that never quite takes flight but boofing is more melty and warm with a euphoric tingle. I highly recommend for what it's worth haha
