you are in a stationary position and its a last stand type deal, so you dont have to worry about mobility or body weight or anything like that.

every few weeks i get great value brand of vanilla ice cream to mix with my coffee instead of using cream and sugar. my stomach never had a problem with it i was at publix and the brand Mayfield creamery ice cream was on sale so i figured i might as well get that since its on sale for so cheap. that was such a mistake i havent had symptoms like this since i last drank milk, it is so bad, and its been this way for 6 hours, i feel like a human whoopie cushion. since the great value ice cream has been fine for me for so many months i just assumed ice cream doesnt effect me. i thought wrong. great ice cream though lol
