I shared some of this in someone else’s post earlier, but it seems that many people are having problems with this offer and they might miss those comments so here’s a short guide on where to find your unique code before it expires tonight!

Where to Look

This is a targeted/account specific offer from the Rewards Program, so it won’t just automatically apply to your cart or show up in everyone’s account. You’ll need the unique code to use it (or for customer service to see it on their end). Check here:

• The 2 Apps (Slide 1): Try downloading both the Victoria’s Secret and PINK apps. Even though you use the same login, sometimes the codes sent to each app are different. In either app, go to the "Offers" tab. Tapping "Redeem Online" should apply the code directly to your cart, but sometimes it just doesn’t or it won’t show you the actual code. So go to "Redeem in Store" to pull up the barcode, it’s the exact same numbers you need to shop online.
• Your Email (Slides 2, 3, 4): Search your inbox for emails sent yesterday (05/06). Look for these subject lines: “Sun’s Up & So Is the NEW Collab Drop ☀️” or *“Your Exclusive Deal is Here—Two Days Only”. ✨*Edit: After I finished this post, I went to check and they had sent 2 more emails with this offer, subjects are “Did You Spend Your $50 Yet? 💸” and “Attn: Your Exclusive Deal Ends Today”.
• The Website (Slides 5, 6): Go to a web browser on your phone or laptop (make sure it’s not actually sending you to the app). Click the person icon to check you are actually logged in, then click "View Offers" in the upper right corner. A popup bar should slide in from the side with the offer loaded.

If you’ve been getting push notifications but can’t find the code in any of those places, this is most likely a "ghost" notification. VS might’ve sent the alert to everyone regardless of whether they actually received the coupon, which is causing a lot of the confusion (this is entirely my guess, I’m not sure if this is really what happened). If you've checked both apps, your email, and the browser and it's still missing, it probably wasn't assigned to your account.

Since this offer expires tonight (05/07) and many of us are saving our monies for the upcoming Bonus Card activation anyway, please consider sharing your code if you’re not gonna use it (you could even trade for an extra Summer Bonus Card 😉)!
