Hi friends.

I started the shot at .5 dosage. Starting weight 218. Current weight 198. While my diet hasn't been the best, I have stayed active, and my meals are better, and a lot of the food noise has gone down. I haven't had much change in my weight for about 4 months. My current dosage is at 2 mg now and has been since around December last year. I'm starting to get discouraged. I'm not sure how to get out of the stall. Going grocery shopping tomorrow, could use all the help!
