Dynamic cervix 21 weeks

Hi, I was just notified at a 21 week ultrasound that I have a dynamic cervix. The Dr put me on 400mg of progesterone and modified bed rest, with a follow up in ten days, but didn't seem overly concerned. I wasn't aware of what this all meant, so when I went home I googled, a s then came up with a bunch of questions. I called the birthing center and my ob to ask for the cervical length, and was told they do t have it - its just written dynamic.

Needless to say, I'm freaking out. Can I go into labor at 21 weeks? Would a high risk MFM at the high risk hospital in my province brush it off if I weere in danger? I was told to go back to the birthing center if I feel new pressures or pains, but pregnancy always comes with pressure and pain! I'm just panicking... It's not clear to me if I'm in immediate risk. And I'm just not understanding why everyone else on reddit seems to have their cervical lengths but I don't.

Female, 21+2 weeks pregnant.

Dynamic cervix, no measurements given

Hi all,

I just had my anatomy scan yesterday at 21 weeks. The scan was reviewed by the MFM who told me that I have a dynamic cervix. I was kind of flustered at first, so I didn't think to ask details about length and stuff.

Fast forward to a lot of googling, and it seems like everyone here has access to their cervix length. I called my ob office and she said that the Dr didn't out in thr length, and just stated "Dynamic", put me on modified bed rest and 400mg of progesterone daily. Anyone else have a similar experience?

He didn't mention any funneling or dilating, and although he's a high risk ob at a hugh risk hospital, he didn't seem too concerned. I have another u/s in ten days, but my questions aren't answered. I'm panicking that I can go into labor now
