AI answering for auto parts?
Parts store owner here. Getting pitched hard on AI phone bots that check fitment and quote parts so my staff isn't stuck on calls all day.
Only thing stopping me, what if it screws up a part or doesnt understand a customer
Honest answers only, would you be ok with a bot answering your call right away or always prefer a human even if you have to hold, when ordering a waterpump or an injector lol
