Just moved into a new apartment and Wallace had to explore every corner of the place

I have an iphone 13 and have the most recent update. Everytime I click to turn on my Bluetooth or wifi it turns off on its own shortly after. In the settings app it doesn’t allow the option to turn it on. Ive shut down my phone and its still the same. Its been this way for about two months at this point. Any help is appreciated :)
