It feels surreal and unreal

As on one hand I've offer letter of a new iim but on another i may convert some other wl with iift delhi being my safest bet as in I'm not feeling the vibe of going till the time when my college doesn't get finalise
I see people going gala over their campus

I've not availed loan, no major shopping till now

I know it all will reimburse but after a loan and the bank employee told me to go for loan only when you are sure about college

Sorry if it comes across as really dumb and idiotic but somone told me if an iim is located in south it's highly possible that you'll get your first job there in south
