I’m currently on youth allowance payment and have been for 30+ weeks. I understand the requirement for financial hardship release of super is 26 weeks of income support (which i meet). I’m with Expand/IOOF super and have to call them to make this claim (can’t be done via form or online). Has anyone had any luck with this company specifically?? Any advice. Needing quite a large amount for financial hardship. I understand the risks with taking out super. Thanks!
