Took my second dose of compounded 2.5 mg terzepatide w/B6. First dose didn’t have too much side effects other than calmed the food noise, ate less. Took my second dose last night, felt great most of the day today. Had a bunless burger for lunch and ate a half a tuna sandwich on carb friendly bread for dinner. Boy, I should have ate smaller meals today and not eat late. I just vomited my burger from 12 hours ago! Nausea, stomach cramps. I am wide awake. Then, I took this after my last meal….magnesium glycinate and MiraLAX to move things along. I know I did this to myself. Lesson learned. Anyone feel side effects after the second dose? Seemed like my first dose didn’t give me annoying side effects as did the second.
