The peptide logging problem nobody talks about - and how I ended up solving it for myself

Most tracking apps pretend peptides don't exist.

You're running BPC-157 or TB-500, you want to log the dosage in mcg, the injection site, the time of day, where you are in the cycle - and your options are a notes app or a spreadsheet. Neither one connects to anything else you're tracking.

So your peptide log lives in one place, your macros live somewhere else, your supplement schedule is in a third app, and your body measurements are in a Google Sheet you haven't opened in three weeks.

None of it talks to each other. You can't see the full picture.

I got tired of it and built the logging layer I actually wanted. Peptide logs with dosage unit (mcg/mg/IU), frequency, injection site, cycle start date, and cycle length. Supplement logs with morning/pre-workout/post-workout/evening time slots. Macro logs tied to meals. Strength logs with sets, reps, weight, and difficulty. Body measurements over time so you can actually see trends.

All in one place. All connected.

For anyone else who's been duct-taping this together - what does your current tracking stack actually look like?
