As the title says, with just water fasting I’m about 125kg, 5’5 female and I don’t really exercise. How long do you think it would take to lose 5kg and people have fasted how long did it take you after the initial water weight drop ?

I’m planning my fall 2026 course selection and I wasn’t sure if the NUT1104- food science is considered a science course. context I’m in biomedical sciences and also what courses could I take!
