I had posted a few months back with a different account about this location.

I feel like there's a lot that checks out. Plus, considering the overall placement within the entire country... anyway, I'm not here to die on this hill, and I respect the fact that others have their perspectives and opinions, but this seems like a strong candidate. I live in the Okanagan valley in BC and don't foresee myself being able to make the trek out, but if I could I would start on the NE shore........
