Need help finding a comic

If this type of post isn't allowed here, I apologize.
I'm trying to find a Wolverine comic I once had as a kid, but I can't remember much about it. Some guy in a business suit had a quiet dude (an assassin, I think) working for him like a bodyguard, or maybe he was brainwashed; can't recall. He was covered in spandex, head to toe (think Vindicator's suit, but a solid, sky blue color, if I recall correctly). I distinctly remember the dude either holding two swords, or having swords for hands. I recall Logan being reluctant to fight him and getting stabbed repeatedly. But eventually, he had no choice but to fight back.
That's all I can remember. I was around 8 or 9, which was almost 40 years ago, and I've only gotten back into X-Men comics roughly 7 years now (starting from '63 and working my way up on everything I missed), so I'm having a really hard time finding this specific comic. If anyone has any inkling of what Wolverine story I might be describing, please list it below.
