Workouts for masc figure?
What are some workouts for back muscles and arm muscles ? Id like to gain a more masculine body figure / dorito shape as a woman , but i dont have any equipment since im gay , my familys onto me and they will get even more sus if i start working out because apparently thats gay ( idk man 🥹)
I curl my backpack and do elevated knee pushups along with tricep dips when i remember to , and i plan on getting a schedule down . I have really weak arm muscles , like cant even do a pike pushup weak , its always put in the beginners section when i search that up , but i still struggle to do it . What should i focus on right now ?? I try to eat as much protein as i can , i always eat like 4 handfuls of pumpkin seeds ( mainly cuz i love them ) and eat a chicken breast or some sort of meat every day
