I have bought a new flat. Planning to take a top up on home loan for interiors. Can you please help understand the documents needed by bank for disbursing the entire interior amount?

1. Will bank disburse the amount to my bank directly?
2. If yes, can I withdraw the amount and pay in cash? I want to save up on the GST as it is coming as a large amount.
