Curious - my boyfriend and I are going to be on the Empire Builder from St. Paul to Chicago in a few days time. I’m recovering from surgery a few weeks back, so we opted for a roomette in case I need to lie down or adjust bandages in privacy.

He’s in the low 200s weight wise and I’m bigger, in the low 300s. Every video I see of the roomettes, it looks like it’s the perfect size for a smaller individual.

We’re going to be uncomfortable, aren’t we? Should we try to upgrade to a bedroom?
