I would love recommendations on how you all found your apartments in the city. I feel stuck at my current place with rising prices and high demand. Currently in the market for a studio $2500 per month or less in pac heights, cow hollow, the marina, north beach or russian hill. Any favorite property management companies? I have all the rental apps and look through craigslist daily, what else are ya’ll doing to secure those keys?
