Just received my DF3 after 2+ months of customs hold. I ended up ordering the Temu VZN a bit after I ordered the DF3 and have been gaming that one. I absolutely love it, but interested to see how this one does. I originally ordered the Accra shaft and immediately regretted it after reading the reviews here. But they ended up giving me the steel shaft instead. My VZN has the steel. Balance is a little off, my VZN is a bit closer to perfect.
I bought 2 putters. 1 DF3 from Ali express that is still in transit and stuck on departed origin country status. Not sure when and if that one will come in. The other I just got today is temu VZN 1. The temu was ordered 1 week after df3 and it arrived today. It looks amazing and seems quite close to Gen. Even the head cover looks good. It’s not 100% perfect balanced but it’s damn close. Sitting a few degrees to the right. I tested it with a few indoor putts and it feels solid. Playing first round tomorrow with it.
Shot an 88 today and broke 90 for the first time. Been playing seriously for a little over 2.5 years and have taken a few sessions of lessons. Broke 100 for first time last summer, so I am very happy with this progress. Some things I’ve been working on is keeping my drives in play and really working on the chipping and putting.
I use the grint to track my handicap and score, and I hate seeing my score as I progress through the round. This definitely has led me to overthink at times and completely botch a hole or 2. Need to find a new app or see if I can change the app settings.
