Tapped a crack and the wall literally started separating. No plasterboard, blown plaster, and a 2mm gap.

Hey everyone,

I noticed some cracking and felt the wall was completely unstable to the touch. After giving it a few light taps, a chunk came away and revealed a massive gap (about 2mm) behind the surface layer.

There is absolutely no plasterboard here. Infact, it looks like the plaster has completely blown and separated from the underlying brick.

Any advice on next steps or what I'm looking at cost-wise to fix this properly would be massively appreciated!
