I’m currently going through a divorce and need to find a place to live, but have really been struggling to find a place that is affordable. Hoping that someone out there might have a connection with a private landlord that charges reasonable rents, since most property management companies seem to either be out of my price range or have requirements I don’t qualify for.

What I’m looking for:
- 1 Bedroom Apartment
- Preferably in or near the Millersville/Penn Manor area
- Rent less than $1100/mo.

Is what I’m looking for a total unicorn?
