Elizabethtown PA sundown town ?
Me, my wife and my 3 kids have lived in Elizabethtown PA for 5 years now. we’re Hispanic and Italian mixed, while talking to some people from another town they’ve informed us that Elizabethtown is a sundown town…
upon researching I found that central PA had numerous sundown towns in the past including Elizabethtown.
that being said I’ve personally never experienced racism while living here and have been out with my family during Etowns down town events at night.
my question is Elizabethtown PA still a sundown town or am I just getting home to early ?

Undisclosed AI in Real Estate Listings - Shame on you Lancaster Realtors
A listing went up today for 46 Spencer Ave in Hamilton Park.
The interior photos in the listing reek of AI. But there’s no disclaimer. So what should I think? Are these real or AI?
Then I notice one backyard photo shows the actual condition of the back patio, then the AI version. Again there’s no disclaimer. WTF.
What does the interior of this house actually look like, Ross Furner from Keller Williams Elite?
if I’m mistaken, fine prove me wrong.
But I doubt it. Stop wasting peoples time by posting bullshit like this. If you’re going to post AI images to show ‘potential’ fine, whatever. But label them as AI and post the actual, current photos.

Car Repair Shops
I was reviewing a quote my daughter got from Good’s in Lititz and they seem to be overpriced even compared to drive through oil change locations - as an example they q quoted almost $70 for air filter replacement which we got done for $40 when the oil was changed at the Valvoline instant oil change also in Lititz..we would appreciate recommendations for repair shops in the Lancaster area. Their oil change seems reasonable because it includes tire rotation..all other services seemed to me as high Control Arm replacement $657!

Cat Passed in Downtown
Found a cat who seemed like they fell off a balcony and passed away at the corner of Chestnut and Mary Sts. We put her in a purple bag under a black umbrella. Looks like right outside apartment building 502 Chestnut St. Someone we were with knocked on many doors and didn’t get a response. It’s a grey cat with a blue collar. If anyone has any leads on whose cat this might be, help would be appreciated.
