Need some advice
Paid for Super Express got the grade back as a 9. Found the grader notes and it calls out Surface - long scratch bsck right. Luckily I took pictures of the card before I sent it and that scratch is so obvious in the slab photo I would have noticed it during my inspection under magnification. There's no scratch in the photo before I shipped to PSA. Today I called PSA and asked for the intake photos which they sent over and no scratch is evident. These photos are before grading with the card still in the penny sleeve and card saver (both new). They said once i receive the slab to inspect it ans submit photos to their quality assurance team. This is clearly a scratch that occurred after intake at PSA. Are my pictures strong enough evidence to prove this? What does PSA do in situations like this? Tell me to kick rocks? PSA should do the right thing and remedy the situation. Has anyone ever had something like this happen?
