I keep having throwing up episodes and i suddenly have severe allergies i never had before

i am a 16 yo female
5 foot
around 120 lbs
i have excema and asthma for excema i have a steroid cream and i have an albuterol inhailer
So over the last 6 months to a year i have developed a ton of allergies. Most of these allergies are to fruit and have devoped over time. It started out with just a few fruits but now its nearly all fruit plus avacados.
Also over the last 6 months to a year i have been having these throwing up episides. To start out before i start throwing up i get horrible abdominal cramps like i can barely move and i get all lightheaded and dizzy. And then the throwing up starts like i just repeadly throw up over and over and over again its awful. And these episodes happen anywhere from every couple months to every other week. I really don't know whats going on. Any advice is welcome and feel free to ask any clarifying questions that might help me get some answers.
