Festliche Kleidung, unisex?

Hey,

Scar progression pictures

So I made a little comparison about how the big incision is healing over the last few weeks.

At around 6weeks I stopped wearing the compression vest throughout the day (wore only at night) and began with silicone gel

The picture in the middle is in week seven, and using silicone tape throughout the day. Silicone gel or bi-oil for the night.

The last picture is from a few days ago. I switched brands with the tape and now wear it for 24-36 hours, also no more compression vest at night.

So far it's been about 3 weeks total of using tape and I can feel changes even though it might look worse.

I'll explain:

The wavy pattern is almost completely gone, they aren't 3D (incisions were pointing outwards, now they're flat).

And the main improvement is in "texture" , like they aren't stiff or hard but rather smooth and more flexible.

The incision seems to be more red, however I took that picture right after I took a warm shower. Usually the line is almost like a transparent or light pink color. On some spots the scar is almost invisible, like skin on skin touching, no scar in-between.

I'll keep wearing the tape and continue to track progress.

HOWEVER I have a different concern now, regarding the healing of one of the grafts. I am concerned about it getting infected or worse, even though it looks alright but something's changed and triggered my anxiety. So here's what I've noticed, maybe someone else had this and can tell me what to expect to happen.

So the graft (my left) has been hurting (like stabbing/burning pain) for a couple of days now, especially after walking.

When I was cleaning the area I noticed the lower half had changed. There's a bump and it's getting harder and slowly bigger I think, but not painful.

The middle had some dried white stuff, I thought it was leftover lotion but when I touched it to clean it, it hurt like hell a second later. It wasn't lotion but rather a whitish scab. When it came of, there was a drop of pus and a little red hole.

This graft has always been really flat and a bit more red and for me it seems like now the areola is slowly expanding and stretching the graft diagonally, still entirely flat except for the growing bump in the lower half.

Also now the top line has a tiny white spot, most likely a hair follicle I hope.

I tried taking pictures but the phone camera doesn't pick up what I see.

With the other side it's completely different. It has lost its scab earlier and didn't grow much in size (might actually be shrinking?!) but this one is really bumpy and more protruding. Not as red, instead red/greyish. No pain, instead almost completely numb.

Idk I will watch closely and if it gets worse I'll contact my surgeon but for right now I just need to know if this could mean the graft is failing or is this just another step in the healing process? I'm mostly concerned about the little "hole" with pus.
