I got an ornament through Vine and unfortunately the print on it is backwards. If I had purchased it normally I probably would have returned it, but since it’s a Vine item I’m unsure the best way to handle it.

Would you personally:
• Review it honestly as defective/problematic...ETV $8.99 no biggie
• Contact Vine support and have the item removed
• Or write a hilarious review about my backwards ornament situation and move on with life 😂

Curious how most Vine members handle situations like this, especially with obvious manufacturing defects. I don’t want to ding a seller unfairly if it was a one off issue, but I also can’t really review it as a successful product in its current state.

I ran into a weird one and could use some advice from experienced Viners.

I ordered a set of hard foam pet stairs to go next to my bed. What showed up was a ramp… totally different style, takes up way more space, and honestly not what I wanted at all.

To make it more confusing, the listing attached to my order has now changed and reflects the ramp I received, not the stairs I originally ordered.

So now I’m stuck wondering:

• Do I review what I actually received?
• Do I review based on what I originally ordered?
• Or is this a situation where I should contact Vine support because it feels like a bait and switch?

I don’t want to review unfairly, but I also don’t want to ignore something shady if that’s what’s happening.

Would love to hear what others have done in this situation. Thanks in advance! 🙌
