Tee or tank brand/shape recs for someone with larger upper arms + chest but narrow rest?
Hey all! I’m struggling to find tops that feel like they look good and actually look flattering when I see photos. I am a slim athletic build at baseline with larger chest and biceps that even when slim look large in proportion. I’m also now temporarily a medication that causes pretty notable composition shifts around 30lb and anywhere between, AND it affects my arms and chest first (of course 🤣). I’ve never had a great eye for dressing but am struggling more now!
I gravitate to boxier cuts and have just sized up for arms to be loose mostly, but at the cost of a very tent-like chest/torso silhouette projection that I don’t like at all. I’m hoping y’all might have some recs that 1) flatter arms when possible, 2) minimize chest appearance, and 3) actually fit nicely and comfortably around the smaller waist/hips.
This is primarily a tanks/tee shirt issue - I don’t notice or mind with long sleeves. I’d just like to feel comfortable in the arms and bust and like how the whole thing looks in photos afterwards! Any recommendations for shapes, arm and neckline cuts etc would be so appreciated! Even better for specific product recs or endorsements!
