I have restricted stock awards through my company managed by Fidelity. I am unable to trade or withdraw the vested funds other than a very small amount (less than $10). I have not initiated any transactions and the last activity on the account was when some stock vested on 5/15/26 and shares were sold as a sell-to-cover transaction, which completed on 5/19/26. Why are all the funds not available (settled) yet? I am not in a blackout period.
