I was not going to office for the last 3 months. Recently I got a mail asking me to come to office, after which I started attending regularly. However, I have now received a warning letter stating that I was non-compliant with office attendance from February onwards. The thing is, even in March I did not go to office.
I am thinking of starting the resignation process as I am thinking of resigning before they terminate me
What should I do in this situation? Has anyone faced something similar?
