This has been happening on and off for about a 2 years now. I’ve had a few people look at it and they have no idea what the root cause is. I have replaced the contractor in the past but this keeps happening.

I got my windows tinted in ceramic 15% 3-4 days ago is this normal? It’s on both front windows.
