Have vivo x300 pro cn and youtube music seems to be incompatible with origin island and player, spotify seems to work. Is that a bug or intentional?

After struggling for a week, I managed to find it, but it’s a CN variant. Now the confusion is, is it the same as the global variant? Does GMS and Android Auto work? And how consistent is the camera compared to global?

Currently own iPhone 17 Pro and very much likely switching to Vivo X300 Pro mainly because of the camera. Aside from the camera, what’s the overall user experience of Vivo flagships? It will be my first Vivo, the use case is mostly camera, editing, and media consumption.
