I’m looking to bring on 1-3 sales reps.
The role starts as commission only, but we have a structured 6-month management training program. If you consistently show up, put in the effort, improve, and demonstrate leadership, you’ll be promoted into a salaried management position.
We’re not big on sales quotas. We care a lot more about effort, consistency, and coachability than whether you had one amazing month.
Sales experience is great, but not required. I’d rather work with someone who’s hungry to learn than someone who thinks they already know everything.
