I keep getting served ads promoting a once in a lifetime opportunity to own a fast casual pizza brand inside Walmart.
My only concern, Walmart customers buy cheap frozen pizza and it’s a terrible mismatch for this brand. Little Caesars would be way better option.
Got approached by a guy, wearing World Crawl tshirt. The conversation basically went. Are you looking for a good time? Do you wanna girl ? I can hook you up.
I explained. I’ve got enough problems. I don’t need this one and walked away.

Those are available and my budget. I did Flamingo last year and it was pretty great value given the location. Thoughts on any of others?
