D&D 5E 2014 Al-Qadim Tomb of Annihilation [Saturdays 530pm cst June 20th]
Howdy-
A terrible curse grips the world, draining the life from anyone once returned by magic, and even the gods seem silent. All signs point to the Lands of Fate Al-Qadim — a desert alive with dinosaurs, undead horrors, and ruins that predate civilization. Expeditions vanish, treasure hunters go mad, and maps change overnight as if the sands of time seek to devour intruders. Deep beneath the desert sands lies a deathtrap built to mock heroism and feasting on bravery.
Tomb of Annihilation will take place in Al-Qadim the Lands of Fate with your characters arriving to Calimport by boat or can be from the lands of Fate if you so choose. Instead of trying to survive the jungles of Chult, you will now have to deal with surviving the desert elements as you try to unravel something called a "death curse" plaguing the Realms. Knowledge of Arabic culture would be nice but not necessary.
