Intex 12'x30" pool has slow leak and idk how to find it.

This is my set up. It was given to me by a coworker and he said there were no issues when he used it last year. I have 2'x2' interlocking padding under the pool. While filling it up, i noticed in the corner of my patio, near the pump, water on the concrete.

  1. The water is not filed up over the holes where the filter intakes/outputs water so i have eliminated that as an issue.

  2. The drain plug is dry and no source of any water around it.

  3. I have used red food coloring throughout the entire pool and it just floats and lands on the bottom of the pool and does not move any direction.

I cannot find where the leak is, and it seems very minor. Would i be stupid to just fill it up all the way, shock it, test the water and start swimming in it?
