Hello everyone,

It’s my first time traveling to China, so i decided to order some things off taobao, I created the taobao account using alipay, alipay was verified through passport, ordered 3 items, paid for them (delivery address set to hotel) everything went through fine, then suddenly i got hit with an account restriction even though alipay was verified through passport, talked with support they said would call me within 48H to verify,

I was able to get the facial recognition verification done. But the taobao still wouldn’t let me sign in. Guess i gotta wait for their call, was wondering if anyone had similar experiences and will i still get my items delivered?
