Extract Delivered List From Customer Insights - Journeys
Hi, I'm totally new to Customer Insights - Journeys but I'm hoping to help my team here.
We create a segment of intended recipients, then remove recipients based on kill lists and communication consent lists etc. Then we send the email.
If I navigate to the Journey, I can pull a list of recipients from the details. Up to 50k rows. But if I have more than that I don't know how to get the list.
I've tried creating a segment that equals recipients of the email, but the numbers never match up exactly. Plus I need to do this many times and I'll have to create a lot of segments.
Is there an easy way to pull that list? Or up the number of rows beyond 50k?
