Real-time three-body gravity simulation (interactive, mobile)

Made an interactive simulation of the actual three-body problem in physics — three masses under mutual gravity, no simplifications. You can adjust masses and initial velocities and watch how small changes send the system from a stable-looking orbit into full chaos.

It's built to feel more like a physics toy than an app — no ads breaking up the simulation, nothing to unlock. Mostly wanted an excuse to actually play with the equations rather than just read about them.

Three Body Problem: ambient gravity sim

Built an ambient visualization app based on the physics of the classic three-body gravitational problem. It's not a game — just an ever-evolving pattern generated from real orbital mechanics, where small changes in the starting conditions lead to motion that never quite repeats.

Features:

  • Real-time gravitational simulation, not pre-rendered
  • No accounts, no data collection, no ads
  • Minimal UI — designed to just run and watch

Feedback I'm looking for:

  • Performance/smoothness across different devices
  • Whether the visuals actually land as "calming" or just feel slow
  • Any crashes or UI friction during install/first run

Built in Flutter — happy to talk about the physics or the implementation if anyone's curious.

[Testers Needed] Three Body Problem — 2D/3D Gravity & N-Body ASMR Physics Simulator

Looking for testers for my Android app that simulates gravitational objects moving through space — you can switch between 2D and 3D views. Still in closed testing, would love feedback on device compatibility and UX.

How to join:

Join the Google Group: https://groups.google.com/g/three-body-problem-testers

Opt in to testing here: https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.mathematicalzen.threebody

Install from the Play Store: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mathematicalzen.threebody

If you can, drop a comment with your device model so I can confirm it's working across different hardware. Thanks!

I need testers for my app - Three Body Problem - an asmr type of game

I made an android physics simulating app of moving objects in 2D/3D

I'll happily test your app in return

How to join:

Step 1: Join the tester group (takes 2 min): https://groups.google.com/g/three-body-problem-testers

Step 2: Once approved, open this link to opt in and install: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mathematicalzen.threebody

Any feedback is welcome! Thank you!
