I just saw a few posts about running Linux on Mac, and it got me thinking about installing linux on my M4 Mac mini with 16 GB of ram and maybe running games on it using translation layers (preferably Forza Horizon 5 or 6). Is it possible? It doesn’t have to be Asahi can I use other Linux distros too?

Edit: I also have a macbook Air with an M2 chip. I need to know if games that don’t work through crossover will work after installing linux and using a suitable compatibility layer for that distribution.

Hi, i am trying to download forza horizon 5 from game drive.I need to know why, one version says offline crack and other one is not mentioning that, what is the difference?,FYI I am trying to run this game on my mac using crossover, because I got a comment on the post https://www.reddit.com/r/macgaming/comments/1tc2jky/comment/oluha8o/ by a user saying "Download the offline crack" and according to him it works.I am not sure if he is lying or not, but at least I need to try. One more problem is that all the download links of the repack that mention offline crack,are broken except for one , but the download speed is very slow. Can someone tell me which one of these should I download?
