How to improve geometry?

So Im currently prepping for USAMO and I am now mocking around an 9 on past AIMEs. However, I am really bad at geometry and struggle with any geo problem past #15 on the AMC 12. What book is recommended to improve my geometry to late-AIME level? If you guys have any suggestions for number theory I would appreciate those as well as I am only slightly better in that area.

How long does it take to collect and analyze data?

I am currently in the middle of doing data collection and analysis for my first paper and I feel like I may be moving too fast. So far I have spent 5 weeks and am estimating another 2-3 weeks before I am complete with analysis. A part of me thinks this is too fast but at the same time I don't feel that there is much else for me to do regarding the data. Should I slow down or is this pace normal?

What am I missing(rising junior)

So I'm aiming for a T20 and these are my current ECs:

Interned with local uni prof and used ai to understand what factors most directly contribute to the spread of viruses and then published a paper on my findings. I also worked with some of his students on their work

Built a fully local, AI powered smart home system that is ~10x cheaper than a professionally built version or one that is powered by google nest, alexa or some other alternative.

Built an AI model that can predict extreme weather events(85% accuracy) that won the Congressional App Challenge in my district

~50 hours of volunteer tutoring(i know its not a lot)

Won some small hackathons

I already have some good awards like DECA ICDC, USACO Gold(certified) and getting a 12 on the AIME. A lot of ppl have told me that I am missing smth? Any suggestions that are CS or Math related?

What to do before EGMO

What math olympiad prep books for geometry are out there that are easier that EGMO(Euclidean Geometry in Mathematical Olympiads) but harder than AOPS intro to geometry.

stupid short attention span

im doing aime mocks now and unlike the AMC tests they require you to take much more time to solve. only issue is that my idiot self just gets too bored on the problem and checks the solution after 5 mins if i dont get anywhere. Im scoring ~6 on these mocks and its annoying me bc i could be scoring higher than that. is there any easy way to fix this or do i just need to force myself to stare at a problem for longer before giving up.

Good ECs to supplement USAMO

What summer programs and other activities can I do that prove my math talent besides usamo. many ppl have told me that usamo alone isnt enough due to the immense cheating so I am looking for smth to go alongside it to prove i am legit.
