Hi everyone. I want to share my experience with the Launch Creation Event and NTE support, because after almost three weeks of trying to resolve this privately, I've only received contradictory template responses — and now, complete silence.
Timeline: I first contacted support on June 16. The full back-and-forth below took place over the following weeks. Their last message — "we will share any update with you right away" — was 12 days ago. Since then: nothing, despite a follow-up from me.
What happened:
I made a physical custom figurine of Rabi (the NPC — screenshot from the game attached) and submitted it to the Creation Event through the official Google Form. When the results came out, my entry wasn't among the 50 winners — fine, competition is competition. But it also wasn't anywhere in the full participants list of ~2000 entries. It's as if my submission never existed.
What support told me (in chronological order):
Both of these cannot be true at the same time. Either my entry was excluded because someone decided Rabi is "unrelated to NTE" (a factual error), or it went through judging and got a score. I've asked directly, multiple times, for a simple confirmation: was my entry included in judging or not? The only answers I get are "your case is under review, please be patient." It's now been almost three weeks since I first contacted them, and 12 days of total silence since their last reply.
To be clear: I'm not demanding a prize and I'm not saying my work deserved to win over others. The figurine is still mine either way. What I want is basic transparency: confirmation that my entry was actually received, correctly categorized, and reviewed — and if it wasn't, an acknowledgment of the mistake.
