Hidden gem for Indian food in Davao. Anyone here tried Rasoi in Doña Vicenta?

If you’re looking for authentic Indian food in Davao, I recently tried Rasoi Indian Cuisine on Surveyor St., Doña Vicenta.

Their food is prepared by an Indian chef and cooked fresh to order. They have both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, so there’s something for everyone.

The prices are surprisingly affordable:

• Snacks start at ₱40 (the samosa and pani puri were really good!)

• Veg dishes start at ₱50

• Non-veg dishes start at ₱59

• Fried rice starts at ₱60

• Biryani ranges from ₱120–₱250

They also have combo meals. My favorite was the Cheese Naan + Butter Chicken combo for only ₱125. They also serve prawn curry, mutton (goat) curry, masala chai, and a lot of other Indian dishes.

I don’t usually see many authentic Indian restaurants in Davao at these prices, so I thought it was worth sharing. If you’ve been there, what’s your favorite dish?
