Is There A Science Getting A Time Slot?
I’m unsure what to do. Any advice would be great. I applied, did the assessments and received an email June 9th to schedule an interview. I’ve lingered in this community for a minute and I know you have to check a few times a day. I’ve seen people say at midnight, early in the morning, at lunch..
This is for the CSR remote position btw.
I’ve also tried emailing, talked to someone on the phone, and I’ve used the chat a few times. I get the same generic answer, “keep checking!”
So last Monday, I reached out on chat and they said the slots were already filled.. no words…
So anyways today I checked my profile and that application is in the withdrawn section now. So I reached out again because I’m unsure if I have to fill out another application and go through the process again? But they said it was fine and sent me another link to schedule.
Honestly the only reason I’m checking back consistently with this company is because I know they hire people constantly and I want to get my foot in the door for remote work. I’ve applied to many other companies, including other BPOs and I haven’t heard back yet from them if I’ve been rejected or not.
Is there something I’m missing?? I would love some help with this!
