2024 RAV prime XSE PP: Took it for 20k service I almost never roll down the passenger window, I rarely have anyone with me in this car. When I took it, the car said that the window was open and I figured there was some dirt in the frame or something. I didn’t think much of it because I waited 4 hours. Got home and I found out it was this. I think it’s covered under the warranty and bough the extended warranty. I swear every time I go to that dealer I get bugs like this. I’m probably not going back. My service advisor is nice but even she said they’re shorthanded on techs. Any advice?
