Assuming I get a 5 on my AP Chem exam (meaning i would earn credit for both Chem 1 and 2), should I go straight into Ochem, or take ACERS to review? The chem placement exam recommended I start at chem 1 which surprised me immensely considering i took 4 chem classes in high school - including introductory organic chemistry. I also am wanting to take a lab because I am interested in being involved in research as soon as possible, but have no lab/research experience. O chem does not have a lab, whereas ACERS does. Anyone have any insights on the best place to start? I am also planning to do Calc 2, reintro to writing, and python in the fall.
