For a family of 3, should I invest in a 1 BR Condo?
Problem/Goal: Should I invest in a 1 bedroom condo if we plan to have only 1 kid?
Context: I still live with my parents atm. For the future I want to have my own space for my family. Gusto ko sana house pero I think it's alanganin since mamahalin in Manila. I don't see myself buying a house also in the province since laking Manila ako and I wouldn't feel happy. Di accessible sa lahat. Very minimalist lang din ako and partner ko din (not married yet). Condo lang honestly na see kong option. I'm also worried even if minimalist kami and nagkaroon ng kid, di magkasya. My current salary is 80k gross and ofc di ko naman plan ganito forever. I do see some options na doable naman sya sa sahod ko. Prob in 3 yrs job hop.
EDIT: Thanks sa nag suggest ng apartment muna since mura but really mas gusto ko condo since its inside a bldg and gives me peace of mind. It makes me feel safe.
Previous Attempts: I was thinking of renting to experience it even for a short while. Nagask advice sa parents ko but ayun nga. Nastuck sila sa mindset na boomer na "You're just burning money when your renting" (I dont blame em. mastuck na sila sa mindset na ganyan lol)
